Our peaches are in season Late-May through early September.

Visit our farm June through September and grab a bushel of hand-packed fuzzy peaches, unloaded fresh from the field every hour!  The Cooley family is proud to farm fresh, tree-ripened peaches picked ripe and ready to eat right here in Spartanburg County. We stand behind the notion that South Carolina is the "Tastier Peach State".

We harvest from over 800 acres of peach trees every season, growing nearly 30 different varieties. We grow clingstone peaches that ripen late May through June while the freestones start the first week of July through the remainder of the summer.

Do we use pesticides?

Yes, we do! Strawberry Hill is a commercial farm that is GAP Certified in food safety and we follow the Southeastern Peach, Nectarine and Plum Pest Management and Culture Guide that guides us on the safest and most effective practices to produce a top quality product for our customers. If you are interested in the different pesticides we may use, please click here to view the guide we follow that is closely overlooked by Clemson Extension and NC State. Our fruit is not washed before packing. We recommend you always wash any fruit at home before eating.
