Looking for a spot to have your baby shower, birthday party or family gathering? We've got the perfect place!
Rental includes 2 hour rental plus 30 minute set-up and clean-up (total of 3 hours)
- Barn seats up to 100 guests on picnic tables.
- Barn does not have heating or air but it does have draw up doors, so you can roll them according to the weather on the day of your event.
- Barn has power plug-ins and ceiling fans.
- You are welcome to bring any additional decorations but we ask that you do not use tacks, nails, or anything that may effect the integrity of our wood plank walls.
- We do not provide any food, beverages, cups, plates, or table cloths for your party. You are welcome to bring cake and party snacks to your liking. Grills are not allowed.
- We do not have running water or permanent restrooms in this area. Port-a-potties will be made available for your use.
- No bounce houses allowed.
- Booking Deposit: To hold your preferred date and time, we require a $50 deposit. This deposit will be put towards to your final total.
- Cancellations: We must recieve cancellation notices at least 14 days prior to scheduled rental date. If you do not cancel 14 days prior, you will be charged for use of our Event Barn- $125.00.
- Weather: We hope you have great weather for your party! Though, if there is high chance for rain, please let us know ahead of time if you would like to reschedule for another day at the farm. Our cancellation policy does bend under weather circumstances.
*No vehicles allowed in fenced in area. There is ample parking available at the top of the hill.
